PC endurance sheet, also known as Polycarbonate sheet, is a high-performance plastic sheet made from Polycarbonate (PC). It’s widely used for applications like billboards, lightboxes, sound barriers, greenhouses, and skylights.

Key features of PC endurance sheet:

• Exceptional impact resistance: Up to 250-300 times stronger than glass, 30 times stronger than acrylic of the same thickness, and 2-20 times stronger than tempered glass.
• High light transmission: Allows up to 89% of light through, comparable to glass.
• Flame retardant: Meets the B1 level fire safety standard (self-extinguishing). Ignition point is 580°C.
• Flexible: Can be cold-bent for arched or curved structures (minimum bending radius 175x sheet thickness). Hot-bending is also possible.
• Durable: Withstands extreme temperatures (-40°C to 125°C) and UV rays due to a protective surface layer. Guaranteed not to fade for 10 years outdoors.
